2. How much does shipping cost to my country/region?
Please come to our official website (https://www.dobot.cc/ ) and choose the product what you want and fill in the delivery address, it will automatically calculate the shipping cost.
3. How long my product will be shipped out?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 2 business days after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. We ususally use the DHL and UPS air shipping, it takes about 5-7 business days, but if your destination is in a remote area, it may take 10-15 business days. If you choose China Post surface mail (just available for Dobot product accessories), it will arrive the destination within 7-20 business days, if met some terrible weather, it may take longer from time to time.
4. Do I need to pay customs and import charges for my order?
Dobot don’t cover the customs and import charge, you need to pay it by yourself, about the amount for the customs tax, it varies from the different countries, please refer to the local customs policy.
5. How can I track my order?
We’ll send a mail to you (via the email address that you placed the order) to notify the tracking number and carrier company, you can check the delivery status by visiting the carrier official website.
6. What happens if my package is rejected or returned?
If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Dobot reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to deduct certain amount in the refund for costs incurred related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise.
